Shipping Rates

We offer tracked shipping on all orders, with the following rates:

    $10.00 AUD tracked delivery
    FREE tracked shipping on orders over $99 AUD

  • New Zealand
    $15.00 AUD tracked delivery
    Estimated delivery: 6+ business days

  • Rest of the World
    $20.00 AUD tracked delivery
    Estimated delivery: 6+ business days

Order Processing

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3–5 business days of the order being placed.
Please note that dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and warehouse location.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery times will vary depending on destination and product type. In some cases, orders may take between 7–21 business days to arrive at the designated delivery address after dispatch, particularly for international shipments.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods.

Warehouse Locations

Our products are shipped from different warehouses depending on the item ordered:

  • Cross Stitch Kits – Shipped from our overseas warehouse

  • Embroidery Kits – Shipped from our Melbourne or Adelaide warehouse

  • Tapestry Kits – Shipped from our overseas warehouse

Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.
